Give Nsite clients' unsurpassed data using your accurate feedback.

Shopper's Compensation Requirements: (carefully follow these steps to ensure payment)

• Confirm: Online by 10am CST the day after the completed shop. Without confirmation by 10am CST the shop will automatically be cancelled by 12pm noon that day.
• Once confirmed: The shop will remain in your file until 10am CST the next day.
• Completed Survey: If the completed survey is not online by 10am it will be automatically cancelled.
• Receipts MUST BE:
  1. Faxed to Nsite Inc. within 24 hours of shop.
  2. Affixed to Compliance Requirement Form - DO NOT cover assignment number or your name.

Conflicts:

If for some reason, you are unable to perform a shop or have an immediate conflict, please email: Shopemergency@nsiteinc.com

Rescheduling:

Nsite Inc. tracks all 'reschedules' and cancellations of shops. It is imperative to keep your cancellations and reschedules to a minimum as it may affect your ability to self-schedule assignments in the future.

Compliance Requirement:

It is required that you read and agree to all shop conditions on the Compliance Requirement Form (shop instructions) before viewing the survey form and performing your shop. If you do not agree to them or have a conflict of interest, email: Shopemergency@nsiteinc.com immediately since that shop is in your file and you agreed to perform the shop.

Alcohol:

Do not consume more than one alcoholic beverage while performing your shop.

Children:

If the assignment requests that no children are allowed, please adhere to this request otherwise your shop will not be accepted and you will not be reimbursed.

General Mystery Shopping Etiquette:

• Please be objective. We ask that you not put your opinion into your survey form via the narrative.
• DO NOT bring forms with you while performing an assignment.
• You are a guest at our client's location reporting back on timings, service quality, food quality, ambiance, and a variety of other attributes.
• You are out in the field as a representative of Nsite Inc.
• Nsite requires you to wear neat, clean and appropriate clothing for each assignment.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY: YOU MUST REMAIN ANONYMOUS!
